Antivirus / Spam Filtering
Terracom and utilizes RAV antivirus software on our subscription based, corporate level mail server. Our antivirus solution protects your e-mail stream and discards viruses before they arrive in your inbox. It does not matter in which format type the messages are sent and received, or how many attachments they have the Terracom antivirus solution will be watching, detecting and removing all known threats. We update our virus definitions four times per day! to ensure you the highest levels of antivirus protection possible.
All subscribers to our antivirus solution will automatically have their incoming email processed through our advanced spam filtering software. We utilize a rule based range of heuristic tests on mail headers and body text to identify "spam", also known as unsolicited commercial email.

Our antispam system is available on all accounts on a per email box basis.
